Below are links to free patterns for blankets that can be made for Project Linus.  All sizes and types of blankets are accepted.  Hopefully you will find a pattern or style that inspires you!

Lotsa Pops

 A new fast and easy Project Linus project, Lotsa Pops, was in the January/February '09 issue of Quiltmaker Magazine.  Past project ideas are on the Quiltmaker website.  Patterns are free.

 

 No Sew Fleece Blanket
This pattern shows how you can make the no sew fleece blanket in 5 easy steps.

 

 No Sew Fleece Blanket with 2 options

1 ½ yard piece of fleece (54" x 60")

Cut off the printing on the selvage edges (the 54" sides).

Cut a 6” square out from each corner of fabric

  Cut fringe 1” wide and 6" long

 

Option 1:

Cut a small slit at base of each piece of fringe -- about ½” long

Pull the fringe through the hole.

 

Option 2:

Tie each piece of fringe into a knot.
